Biser Sunflower Oil Advises...

-30 minutes before breading spread some beaten egg over the steak. 

-Add 1 teaspoon of rum in the doughnut pastry. 

-Add a tablespoon of sunflower oil to the pancake pastry, to avoid sticking to the pan. 

-Add one egg white to the mashed potatoes, stirring constantly. 

-Add some baking powder to the chicken breading. 

-Add some cream in the sauce from the baked meat and pour over the garnish

-After frying meat and fish fillet, add some white wine for a better aroma. 

-Bake pork or lamb in moderate oven, covered with milk and garlic. 

-Beef chops are suitable for frying, baking and stewing.
